We ingest each NZ retail lender's published disclosure statement (PDF), split each into
~500-token clauses, and embed every clause with OpenAI's
text-embedding-3-small model.
Your query is embedded the same way and matched against every clause using cosine similarity.
The top results are returned with the source PDF link, section path, and verbatim text.
